We are seeking a dedicated and organized School Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of the institution. This role is critical in ensuring efficient administrative processes within a Christian-centered environment. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of tasks ranging from record-keeping and correspondence to event coordination and office management.
Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and handling official correspondence.
Coordinate schedules and organize school-related events.
Maintain high levels of confidentiality and attention to detail in all school operations.
Provide effective communication support between the administration, staff, and parents.
Support the school leadership in daily operational requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resource Management, Public Administration, or Education Leadership.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative experience in a school or corporate setting.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be a saved and practicing Christian.
Skills and Competencies
