Key Responsibilities
Customer Communication & Sales Support
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries across various channels, including email, WhatsApp, and video calls.
- Assist in preparing quotations, performing necessary follow-ups, and resolving customer problems efficiently.
- Maintain professional, timely, and service-oriented communication standards.
- Support the sales team directly in converting customer inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Develop skills to handle customer objections and identify suitable solutions when customers hesitate.
Partner & Relations Coordination
- Assist in managing key relationships with partner accommodations, airlines, and various service providers.
- Follow up on availability, pricing, confirmations, and crucial operational details with partners.
- Execute outbound calls and coordinate necessary information to ensure seamless execution of services.
- Learn and implement professional relationship management techniques and follow-through practices.
Administrative & Commercial Support
- Provide assistance in tracking commission rates, managing partner agreements, and contracts.
- Support the preparation of necessary reports, invoices, and basic reconciliations.
- Maintain structured and accurate records for pricing data, package details, and partner information.
- Support internal coordination among the sales, operations, and finance teams.
Digital Marketing & Growth Support
- Assist with various digital marketing activities, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, or influencer coordination (comprehensive training will be provided).
- Support updates to website packages and campaign tracking efforts.
- Learn performance tracking and reporting methodologies for marketing initiatives.
Overseas Sales Exposure
- Support outreach initiatives targeting international travel agents and partners.
- Assist in maintaining continuous communication and ensuring relationship follow-ups are executed.

Candidate Profile and Requirements
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Recent graduate (Bachelor’s degree completed within the last 1–2 years).
- 0–1 year of work experience (internship or attachment experience is acceptable).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfortable using digital tools including email, WhatsApp, basic office tools, and various online platforms.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn, take initiative, and readily accept feedback.
Desired Academic Backgrounds
