Key Focus Areas (Responsibilities)
- Driving monthly revenue targets (minimum KES 5M).
- Identifying, preparing, and successfully submitting tenders and prequalifications.
- Managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure.
- Building strong relationships with corporate, government, and retail clients.
- Engaging vendors and distributors to stay current on pricing, certifications, and technical solutions.
- Preparing accurate sales pipeline, performance, and market reports.
Qualifications and Requirements
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in IT sales or a related commercial role.
- Proven success in meeting sales targets and managing tenders.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and client engagement skills.
- Proficiency in CRM/ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- A qualification of BA/BSc/HND.
