Role and Impact
As a Junior Sales Representative, you will be the face and voice of our brands. You won’t just sell products; you will tell stories, build trust, and help clients connect emotionally with African craftsmanship. Your ability to communicate professionally and confidently is critical to driving our growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales across Afrika Collection, Palachichi, and Savana Story.
- Engage walk-in, corporate, hospitality, and online clients with confidence and professionalism.
- Build meaningful, long-term customer and corporate relationships.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations, close deals, and meet sales targets.
- Support corporate gifting, bulk orders, and special brand projects.
- Accurately record sales activities and customer data.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock movements, and report stock movement.
- Represent Bobu Lifestyle with integrity, pride, and excellence.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
- Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to sell premium, lifestyle, or culturally inspired products.
- Professional presentation and confidence when dealing with corporate clients.
- Basic computer literacy (email, Excel, POS systems).
