On behalf of our client, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing property-related opportunities, building a robust client pipeline, and facilitating transactions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants. This role requires a blend of market research, networking, and professional advisory skills to guide clients through the real estate process.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management: Identify and pursue potential property buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants through networking, referrals, and digital platforms. Maintain a strong pipeline and regular engagement with investors and repeat clients.
Listing Management: Source new property listings and maintain an updated portfolio within target geographical areas.
Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to provide clients with informed guidance on pricing, demand, and investment opportunities.
Client Advisory & Viewings: Advise clients on suitable property options, provide professional guidance, and arrange/conduct property viewings while highlighting neighborhood insights and amenities.
Negotiation & Closing: Facilitate negotiations between parties to achieve mutually beneficial terms and support the transaction process from inquiry to closing, ensuring all documentation and compliance are handled.
Promotion & Collaboration: Work with the marketing team to promote listings via social media, open houses, and campaigns.
Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and report leads, viewings, offers, and closed deals to management.
Requirements & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
Proven sales and persuasion skills.
Client relationship management and strong customer service orientation.
Good time management and organizational skills.
Strong market awareness with the ability to conduct research and analyze trends.
