MSVL Group is seeking a highly experienced Sales & Marketing Manager specializing in Wood Production. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading a diverse team, and executing strategic marketing initiatives to strengthen the company's market presence. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales management and a data-driven approach to business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Revenue Growth: Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies, manage pricing structures for optimal profitability, and align all sales initiatives with overall business objectives.
Team Management & Development: Lead and develop cross-functional teams, set clear performance targets, and implement effective training and incentive structures to drive high performance.
Sales Operations & Pipeline Management: Continuously monitor sales performance, manage the health of the sales pipeline, and optimize sales processes to improve conversion rates and revenue outcomes.
Market Research & Marketing: Conduct thorough market and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities; support digital marketing initiatives and online sales growth to strengthen market presence.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution, high levels of customer satisfaction, and total alignment between sales and operations.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (A Master's degree is an added advantage).
Minimum of 7+ years of proven experience in sales management with a track record of success.
Strong leadership experience, particularly in managing diverse, high-performing teams.
Proficiency in CRM systems, sales analytics, and advanced reporting tools.
