Since its founding, Speedaf has been committed to expanding its global network coverage, developing products to improve customer experience, and applying cutting-edge logistics. The Sales Manager - Courier will lead and manage a team to achieve and exceed sales targets while driving new business growth in both B2B and B2C segments, specifically focusing on high-volume clients.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed established sales targets.
Drive new business development for both B2B and B2C segments, focusing on high-volume clients.
Lead negotiations for key accounts and develop strategic partnerships.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
Ensure excellent customer experience and focus on client retention.
Requirements
4–6 years of experience in logistics, courier, or freight sales within the Kenyan market.
At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
Proven track record in business development and a history of successfully closing deals.
Strong knowledge of logistics pricing models.
Must have solid knowledge of courier services and Cash on Delivery (COD) operations.
A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc/HND) in a relevant field.
