Skill-GAP Solutions Ltd (SGS) is looking to recruit a proactive and results-driven entry-level Sales Executive to support the growth of their client's eyewear business. The role focuses on driving sales, onboarding and managing distributors, and delivering an excellent customer experience to both individual buyers and retail partners. The ideal candidate will be highly engaging, target-driven, and capable of building strong, long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, recruit, and onboard new distributors to expand market reach.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing distributors and retail partners.
Engage directly with individual customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable eyewear products.
Achieve assigned sales targets through effective prospecting, follow-ups, and closing.
Actively generate leads and convert inquiries into sales opportunities.
Ensure proper product display and merchandising to enhance sales.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and distributor performance.
Provide after-sales support and handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience
At least a Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer-facing roles.
Experience in insurance, retail, or relationship-based selling is an added advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet and exceed targets.
Basic computer skills for reporting and record-keeping.
Self-motivated and proactive.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Customer-focused with attention to detail.
