The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for converting opportunities into revenue across various service lines. Operating in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment, the successful candidate will focus on lead conversion, outbound prospecting, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Conversion: Convert qualified leads into paying clients across all service lines.
Prospecting: Drive outbound prospecting and build a consistent pipeline of potential business.
Client Engagement: Conduct client meetings, presentations, and solution pitching.
Closing: Negotiate and close deals within defined timelines.
CRM Management: Maintain and update all sales activity on the CRM system (Odoo).
Pipeline Management: Ensure consistent follow-up and movement of leads through the sales pipeline.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Needs Alignment: Understand client needs and align them with the company’s relevant offerings.
Internal Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of closed deals.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience
1–3 years’ experience in sales, preferably within Media or advertising, Digital marketing services, or Events, hospitality, or MICE.
Proven ability to engage clients and close deals.
Experience in B2B sales environments is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing or related field); however, this is not mandatory for candidates with strong, proven sales experience.
