Job Purpose
The Project Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and market presence for Dahua Technology's security and IoT solutions. The manager acts as a bridge between technical solutions and large-scale project clients, managing both the sales team and high-level stakeholder relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and cultivate relationships with key Account CCTV Customers (mainly System Integrators, Big Installers, and final clients).
Manage the local SI sales team.
Complete annual sales targets and evaluate gross profit margins.
Support customer relationships during pre and post-sales phases with the key account team.
Uncover and monitor the progress of opportunities through to commit and win stages.
Provide first-line contact to customers during their design phase, including system integration for big installers.
Gather and synthesize customer inputs to impact new product development.
Increase market share in existing customers through more projects.
Build high-level relationships within relevant customers in key departments.
Provide a strategy for each key account to achieve the revenue goal and build strategic corporate relationships.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Security & CCTV market.
Familiarity with the project market; requires a solid network with System Integrators (SIs) and an established presence within the end-user network.
Experience in a sales-driven position in the CCTV industry is a plus.
Abundant resources in the Banking and financial sector.
Strong selling skills, ability to listen and tailor presentations to meet customer needs, and team management skills.
Persistent and proactive; responsible and able to drive business independently.
Ability to effectively motivate a team and drive sales in a time-sensitive environment.
Competitive, efficient, and target-oriented.
Strong public speaking skills, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
Educational background: BA/BSc/HND.
