Peoplelink Consultants Ltd, a consultancy services company incorporated in Kenya, is seeking a dynamic Sales and Marketing Officer. This role is central to driving growth through strategic social media engagement, effective sales strategies, and robust client relationship management. The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing brand awareness and generating leads through targeted digital campaigns and direct outreach.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase engagement and brand awareness effectively.
Platform Management: Manage the company’s presence on key social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.), ensuring a consistent and impactful brand voice.
Content Creation: Create compelling, high-quality content, including posts, blogs, videos, and stories, tailored to each platform to maximize engagement and reach.
Sales Strategy Development: Assist in formulating and executing strategies to achieve the company’s goals and reach targets.
Lead Generation: Design and execute targeted digital campaigns to promote specific products and services, attract new followers, drive traffic, and generate leads.
Direct Outreach: Actively identify and approach potential customers, both existing and new, to generate leads and close sales.
Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and support the preparation of sales presentations.
Campaign Implementation: Help execute marketing campaigns to promote products and services.
Promotional Activities: Support the organization of webinars and events.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
Cross-Department Coordination: Work closely with other teams to align sales and marketing efforts.
Market Updates: Provide regular updates on sales activities and market trends.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients by addressing inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the transport/autos industry.
Good understanding of IT.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in social media management and digital tools is a plus.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
