CIC Group is looking for dedicated Sacco Assurance Sales Officers for its Retail Sales division in Olkalau. This role is central to expanding the company's retail life business within the allocated market. The position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions.
Responsibilities
Business Generation: Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet set targets.
Client Education: Educating both new and existing clients on the features and benefits of retail Life insurance products.
Coordination: Liaising with various internal departments to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to clients.
Quotations: Providing timely and accurate quotations within the required turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gathering market intelligence to ensure the product range remains competitive and relevant.
Persistency Management: Following up on clients to ensure policy persistency is maintained at acceptable rates.
Brand Promotion: Actively promoting and upholding the CIC brand within the region.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Professional Certification: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP (Certificate of Proficiency) or ECOP are required.
Advanced Certification: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills are essential for client engagement.
Negotiation: Good negotiation and problem-solving skills to close sales and resolve client issues.
Customer Care: Excellent customer care skills to build and maintain client relationships.
Age: Candidates must be 25 years and above.
