CIC Insurance Group Limited is looking to recruit Sacco Assurance Sales Officers to drive Retail Life Business in Muranga. This role is focused on generating new business, educating clients on insurance products, and ensuring high-quality service delivery. The position offers an attractive performance-based retainer, incentives, and commissions.
Responsibilities
Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
Educating new and existing clients on various retail Life products.
Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to the clients.
Providing timely and accurate quotations within the established turnaround times.
Gathering market intelligence to ensure an updated and competitive product range.
Following up to ensure insurance policy persistency is at an acceptable rate.
Promoting the CIC brand in the region.
Qualifications and Experience
Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course.
A Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance (COP/ECOP).
A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent customer care skills.
Age: 25 years and above.
