The Sacco Assurance Sales Officer is responsible for driving the growth of the retail Life Business within the designated market of Molo.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n* Identify and generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market segments.\n* Provide comprehensive information to new and existing clients regarding retail Life insurance products.\n* Liaise with various internal departments to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to all clients.\n* Prepare and provide accurate insurance quotations within established turnaround times.\n* Actively gather market data and intelligence to help the company maintain an updated and competitive product range.\n* Monitor and follow up on policies to ensure the business persistency remains at an acceptable rate.\n* Act as an ambassador for the CIC brand to enhance market visibility.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n* Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.\n* Must have relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP (Certificate of Proficiency) or ECOP.\n* A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is considered an added advantage.\n* Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.\n* Proven ability to provide excellent customer care.\n* Candidates must be 25 years of age or older.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates are encouraged to send their applications and updated CVs to .
