We are seeking a Revenue Analyst to manage data quality, analyze performance, and support strategic pricing decisions.
Responsibilities
Communicate processes for booking quality and correct data input into the PMS to the reservation and front office teams.
Regularly monitor and audit the quality of data input (segmentation, denials tracking, etc.).
Maintain and update the event database within the Revenue Management System (RMS).
Analyze hotel performance metrics in the RMS to provide a basis for strategic decisions.
Conduct market research and competitor surveys regarding pricing and availability to inform future strategies.
Evaluate contract performance (pricing, allotments, and room sales) before renewal cycles.
Identify industry trends and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Support the preparation of the annual revenue budget.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management, Finance, or a related Business course.
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
