Job Description
The County Government of Lamu is seeking to recruit a Registered Clinical Officer I (Anesthetist). This role involves providing specialized anesthetic services within the county's healthcare facilities, ensuring patient safety through expert administration of anesthesia and comprehensive perioperative care.
Requirements for Appointment
For appointment to this grade, the ideal candidate must:
Be a Kenyan citizen (National Identity card/Passport).
Have served at the grade of Registered Clinical Officer II for at least three (3) years.
Be a holder of a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery or Clinical Medicine and Community Health from a recognized institution.
Have a Higher Diploma in Anesthesia from a recognized institution.
Have a Certificate of Registration from the Clinical Officers Council.
Possess a valid practicing license.
Have attended a Management Course lasting not less than two (2) weeks from a recognized institution.
Have a certificate in computer applications.
Have shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
