Job Description

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and managing the product backlog to ensure the engineering teams deliver high-quality solutions that align with business goals, specifically focusing on ATM and kiosk-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define and document Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for ATM/kiosk-related initiatives.
Translate PRDs into well-structured epics, user stories, and tasks with clear requirements and acceptance criteria to support efficient development and testing.
Own and manage the product backlog for ATM/kiosk-related features, ensuring priorities align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and delivery timelines.
Serve as the primary point of clarification for engineering teams throughout the development lifecycle and drive end-to-end software delivery.
Partner closely with engineering, design, QA, legal, compliance, business, customer support, and external vendors to ensure delivered solutions meet functional, operational, and regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with engineering teams to plan and schedule releases and create and maintain accurate release notes.
Communicate release scope, timelines, dependencies, and risks clearly to stakeholders.
Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and delivery milestones.
Collaborate with product managers across other product lines to support cross-product feature development and alignment.
Support production rollouts, incident reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reliability.
Skills and Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 2+ years’ experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Manager, or in a similar role.
Strong experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and managing product backlogs.
Ability to write clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Experience working with engineering teams on complex, technical systems.
Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, & strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technologies (nice to have).
Passion for fintech and cryptocurrency products (nice to have).
