Strategic Account Manager – Enterprise IT

Key Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts and develop additional business opportunities within them.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with new targeted accounts.
• Oversee the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, relationship management, and ensuring timely payment collections.
• Meet and exceed defined sales targets, providing comprehensive quarterly reports on performance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact between the customer and the company to maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure the delivery of services meets customer expectations.
• Align company value propositions with client business objectives to solve complex business challenges.

Requirements

• Education: A Bachelor's degree in an IT or Business-related field.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 5-10 years of work experience in Enterprise IT Products & Services Sales.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of Account Management experience.
  • Must have direct experience selling Enterprise IT products and providing high-level account management support.
  • Proven sales success within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance), Government, or Insurance sectors is mandatory.
  • Prior experience working in an organization where the minimum handled sales target was at least USD 1 million in gross profit.
