Job Summary
The Pharmaceutical Technologist is responsible for the safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing, preparation, and management of medications in accordance with approved clinical standards, ensuring optimal patient care and medication safety within a healthcare facility.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Pharmaceutical Technology from a recognized institution.
Registered with the Pharmacy and Poisons Board (Kenya) - mandatory.
Valid practicing license from the Pharmacy and Poisons Board.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy healthcare facility (preferably hospital setting).
Registration with the Kenya Pharmaceutical Association - added advantage.
Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certificate - added advantage.
