Job Description
The National Council for Children's Services (NCCS) is a State Corporation established under section 41 of the Children Act, 2022. The Council is mandated to regulate, coordinate, and oversight children services in Kenya and advise the government on all matters relating to children. The NCCS is seeking a qualified individual for the role of Office Assistant III to provide essential administrative and logistical support within the office environment.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensuring general office cleanliness and maintaining a tidy work environment.
Collecting and dispatching mails and other official documents.
Preparing and serving beverages for staff and guests.
Requisitioning office general supplies to ensure stock availability.
Operating basic office equipment such as printers and photocopiers.
Ensuring safe custody of office facilities and equipment.

Effective operational and organizational skills.
Excellent time management abilities.
Ability to work effectively as a team player.
Job Requirements
At least a mean grade D (plain) in the Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) or its equivalent from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in computer applications.
