We are seeking a dedicated Medical Superintendent to lead our clinical departments and ensure the highest standards of healthcare delivery.\n\n### Role Overview\nThe Medical Superintendent provides overall medical leadership and oversight of clinical departments. The role involves leading quality assurance, clinical governance, audits, and continuous improvement programs while managing daily clinical operations, staff development, and strategic planning.\n\n### Key Responsibilities\n- Provide overall medical leadership and oversight of all clinical departments.\n- Lead quality assurance, clinical governance, clinical audits, and continuous improvement programs.\n- Oversee daily clinical operations, including staff scheduling, resource allocation, and equipment utilization.\n- Ensure regulatory compliance and support hospital accreditation requirements.\n- Manage clinical costs and support the identification of service expansion opportunities.\n- Lead mentorship, supervision, and development of medical staff.\n- Develop and implement clinical protocols, guidelines, SOPs, and performance metrics.\n- Oversee clinical documentation standards and ensure accurate, timely medical records management.\n- Support hospital strategic planning and clinical service development.\n\n### Qualifications and Requirements\n- Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBChB).\n- Valid KMPDC registration and a current practicing license.\n- Minimum of 5 years’ clinical experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.\n- Training in healthcare management, Public Health, or an MBA is considered a significant advantage.\n\n### How to Apply\nInterested candidates should submit their CV, KMPDC registration, and a copy of their license to by 17th April 2026.
