Pergamon Group is seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive to expand their reseller network and enhance market presence in Kenya. This role is focused on driving revenue growth through partner and reseller channels, rather than direct selling.
Role Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and onboarding new channel partners, providing them with necessary support and training, and expanding the company's footprint across key Kenyan regions including Mombasa, Kisumu, and Nakuru.
Key Responsibilities
Partner Recruitment: Identify, recruit, and onboard resellers, dealers, and strategic partners.
Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through partner and reseller channels (not direct selling).
Market Expansion: Expand market coverage in key regions like Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, and other emerging markets.
Training & Support: Provide product training and ongoing support to channel partners on POS, banking, and tax solutions.
Performance Tracking: Monitor, track, and report partner performance and sales pipeline activity.
Requirements
Academic Background: Diploma or degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Work Experience: 2-3 years of B2B sales, channel management, or distribution experience.
Skills: Proven ability to develop and manage strategic business relationships.
Communication: Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Personal Attributes: Self-driven and target-oriented; willingness to travel across various regions.
