The Manager, Finance Systems, Data and Automation is responsible for strengthening financial integrity, process efficiency, operational resilience, data quality, and revenue protection across the Bank. The role ensures that financial systems, data flows, reconciliations, controls, and reporting processes are optimized and automated, while ensuring end-to-end visibility on revenue leakage risks, adherence to Group Standards, and compliance with Data and Risk governance frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Integrity & Efficiency: Strengthen the bank's financial integrity and operational resilience through the optimization of financial systems.
Process Automation: Drive process efficiency by automating financial reporting, reconciliations, and data flows.
Data Quality Management: Ensure high data quality and maintain end-to-end visibility on data flows across systems.
Revenue Protection: Identify and mitigate revenue leakage risks to protect the bank's financial performance.
Governance & Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to Group Standards and comply with Data and Risk governance frameworks.
Qualifications and Experience
Education: First Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in Finance, Financial Systems, Risk Assurance, or Data functions.
Technical Proficiency: Proven experience with automation, digital transformation, and revenue assurance.
Preferred Certifications: ACCA, CPA, CISA, or DAMA certifications are highly desirable.
