The Manager, Business Development is responsible for managing sales distribution, driving revenue growth, and expanding market presence by developing strategic relationships within the SME sector while ensuring high-quality service delivery. This role involves signing up new clients, retaining existing ones, managing client relationships, and cross-selling other Bank products.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the sales distribution network and drive revenue growth.
Expand market presence by developing strategic relationships in the SME segment.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to all clients.
Acquire new clients and retain existing ones through proactive relationship management.
Cross-sell various bank products and services to maximize client value.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A First Degree in Business, Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in insurance sales with leadership exposure.
Certifications: Relevant professional qualification (IIK or ACII).
Membership: Must be a member of a relevant professional body.
Track Record: Proven success in achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios.
