Key Responsibilities
Cross-functional Communication: Effectively communicate and collaborate with various teams within the organization to ensure operational alignment.
Market Analysis: Analyze customer data and perform market segmentation to identify and target growth opportunities.
Product Management: Oversee the management and growth of specific product lines within the logbook and asset finance portfolio.
Business Growth: Support conversion efforts and implement strategies to drive business growth.
Performance Monitoring: Track team performance against set targets and ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met.
Requirements
Education: A Bachelor's degree (BA/BSc) or a Higher National Diploma (HND).
Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the logbook financing market and relevant Kenyan regulations.
Leadership Experience: Demonstrated experience in managing and motivating sales teams to achieve results.
Sector Experience: Prior professional experience within the Microfinance Sector is essential.
