IT Intern

This IT Internship position at Airflo Limited involves providing technical support and contributing to the efficiency of IT systems within a leading perishables logistics firm. The intern will work closely with the IT team to maintain hardware, troubleshoot software issues, and support business process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, mobile devices, and other IT equipment.
• Assist in performing hardware and software installation procedures.
• Analyzing the business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Production of standard regular reports as required by the customers.
• Maintenance of data quality standards.
• Assist in hardware inventory management.
• Handle periodic preventive maintenance for IT hardware.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Information Technology, Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or related courses.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft® Office Software (Excel®, Word®, PowerPoint® and others).
• High Integrity, confidentiality and business Ethics standards.
• Ability to diagnose and solve problems.
• A team player with the ability to work well in a small dynamic IT team.
• Self-motivated, confident, creative, disciplined with attention to detail.
• Ability to cope with stressful situations.
• Solid communication skills.
