Job Description
The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) is a statutory agency charged with the responsibility of regulating and developing efficient Capital Markets in Kenya. This is a one-year (non-renewable) internship position reporting to the Deputy Director of Human Resource and Administration.
Responsibilities
Administering leave management processes, including tracking balances and providing reports.
Preparation of employment contracts.
Assisting in the coordination and management of internship programmes in line with the stipulated guidelines and policies.
Coordinating training logistics including budgeting, travel, documentation, and related administrative support.
Maintaining staff training records, reports, and evaluation feedback to inform continuous improvement in training programmes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, Business Management, Industrial Relations or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.
