ITM Kenya Ltd is a trusted partner for HR solutions and business success, specializing in recruitment, placement, staff outsourcing, and HR advisory. We are looking for a Human Resource Officer to join our team in Nairobi.
The Human Resource role will focus on strategic workforce planning, talent acquisition, employee experience, and digital workplace culture. Key responsibilities will include managing hybrid/remote teams, fostering diversity and inclusion, performance management, compliance, and leveraging HR analytics to drive productivity.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Managing end-to-end recruitment by sourcing and implementing digital onboarding processes.
Employee Experience & Culture: Driving engagement initiatives, strengthening organizational culture in hybrid environments, and enhancing employee wellbeing.
Performance & Development: Implementing continuous performance management systems and managing employee development.
HR Analytics & Technology: Using data to forecast staffing needs, measure productivity, and inform strategic decisions.
Compliance & Admin: Ensuring compliance with updated labor laws, managing payroll, and maintaining digital HR records.
Management Engagement: Engaging the management on employee performance appraisal, budget allocations, and Human Resource engagement activities such as team building.
Requirements
Technology Proficiency: Experience with HRIS, AI recruitment tools, and remote communication platforms.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to link HR initiatives to business operations and commercial goals.
Communication & Empathy: Strong interpersonal skills for handling employee relations, dispute resolution, and employee welfare.
Analytical Ability: Competence in reviewing HR data and metrics to improve performance.
Education: Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Experience: Over three years of experience in a busy environment or firm managing a workforce of over 20 employees.
