Job Description
RUPSA SACCO, formerly known as P.C.E.A Ruiru Sacco Society, is licensed and regulated by the Sacco Societies Regulatory Authority (SASRA) as a Non-withdrawable Deposit-Taking Sacco under the SACCO Societies (Non-Deposit Taking Business) Regulations, 2020, dedicated to uplifting the economic and social well-being of its members. The Sacco is seeking an ICT Support professional to assist in managing its technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities
As an ICT Support professional, you will be expected to:
Provide technical assistance and support for queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Maintain a basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Work with various operating systems and ensure their smooth functionality.
Implement cybersecurity best practices to safeguard organizational data.
Adapt and learn in a fast-paced ICT environment while working independently or as part of a team.
Requirements
Degree in Information Communication Technology, Computer Science or related field.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Familiarity with operating systems.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices is an added advantage.
Good problem-solving skills and strong communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced ICT environment.
