The ICT Officer is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the adoption, implementation, use, and management of ICT systems and technologies. The role involves developing ICT solutions to ensure the Institute leverages technology for efficient and effective delivery of its mandate. This position reports to the relevant head of department and plays a critical role in maintaining the Institute's digital infrastructure.
