About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and oversee the company's human resource functions. The role involves managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, policy implementation, and staff development while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company procedures. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to foster a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all HR operations and administrative functions.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies.
Lead recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives.
Manage employee relations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
Oversee performance management and staff appraisal processes.
Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
Coordinate staff training, development, and succession planning programs.
Advise management on HR matters and organizational development.
Oversee payroll coordination, leave management, and employee welfare administration.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports.
Promote a positive organizational culture and employee engagement.
Perform any other HR-related duties as assigned by management.
Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
CHRP-K certification is mandatory.
Membership with IHRM and in good standing.
Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR Management systems.
Minimum of 5-8 years' experience in HR and Administration functions.
