Job Description
Peoplelink Consultants Ltd is seeking a qualified HR Site Supervisor to oversee human resource operations at a designated site. The role involves managing daily HR administrative tasks, payroll, employee relations, and serving as a key liaison between the company and its clients. This position is ideal for a professional with a background in the hospitality industry and a solid understanding of HRIS and employee welfare management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily attendance tracking and end-to-end payroll processes.
Handle disciplinary cases and facilitate positive employee relations across the organization.
Oversee the management and compliance of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for staff safety.
Coordinate employee welfare programs to ensure a supportive and productive work environment.
Conduct regular meetings with client representatives to align on operational goals and feedback.
Perform Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and coordinate professional development sessions.
Serve as the primary liaison between the company and the client to ensure smooth communication.
Requirements and Qualifications
Possession of a Diploma in Human Resource Management or a relevant professional field.
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly recommended.
A minimum of one year of hands-on experience in HR administration.
High proficiency in the use of HRIS applications and office software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships.
