Job Description
Ital Global is a comprehensive Human Capital and Quality Management Consultancy firm dedicated to helping organizations with their HR and Quality Management requirements. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to support our Human Resources team with day-to-day administrative and operational activities.
This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, HR administration, and record management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Support employee onboarding by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and maintaining onboarding checklists.
Maintain and update employee records while ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
Assist in preparing employment letters, contracts, and other HR-related documentation.
Coordinate training sessions and maintain employee training records.
Assist in tracking leave records, attendance, and other HR metrics as required.
Perform other administrative duties and projects as assigned by the HR team.
Maintain strong attention to detail in all tasks.
Qualifications and Requirements
Recently completed a Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
Strong interest in developing a career in Human Resources.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
