About the Role
We are seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join the Mobile Internet Business Group at Transsion Holdings. In this role, you will strategically support the HR team and assist business managers, overseeing day-to-day HR operations, driving employee engagement, and interpreting local policies. This position has a regional scope, potentially supporting HR activities not only in Kenya but also across East Africa.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Support: Assist the Overseas HR Leader and the Regional HR Manager in Africa to manage day-to-day operations of the HR in the Mobile Internet Business Group.
Employee Engagement & Policy: Oversee employee engagement and interpret local policies.
Functional HR Support: Provide support in Talent Acquisitions, Compensation & Benefits, and Performance Reviews for the Mobile Internet Business Group in Kenya and potentially outside Kenya (within East Africa).
Global Partnership: Partner with Chinese HR Business Partners (HRBPs) across the globe to comprehend needs and navigate country-specific requirements.
Policy Implementation: Collaborate with the African Group HR teams to implement relevant local policies.
Ad-hoc Tasks: Handle ad-hoc tasks related to all functional matters in the Mobile Internet Business Group in Africa.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (BA/BSc/HND) in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
