As a Recruiter at Pavago, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting, sourcing top-tier candidates, and facilitating a seamless hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting
Manage the hiring process from intake meeting through offer acceptance.
Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, role requirements, success profiles, and hiring timelines.
Create and optimize job descriptions to maximize candidate attraction across multiple platforms.
Provide hiring managers with market insights and recruiting recommendations.
Candidate Sourcing & Talent Pipeline Development
Source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Glassdoor, Boolean Search, and niche job boards.
Build pipelines of both active and passive candidates.
Conduct personalized outreach campaigns.
Perform talent mapping and market research.
Maintain healthy pipelines across multiple open positions.
Candidate Screening & Interviewing
Conduct structured phone and video interviews.
Evaluate candidates based on experience, communication, technical skills, cultural alignment, and career goals.
Utilize competency-based and behavioral interviewing techniques.
Administer assessments when required.
Maintain detailed interview notes within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Candidate Experience & Communication
Manage communication throughout the hiring process.
Ensure candidates receive timely updates, interview preparation, and professional follow-up.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Represent both the client and employer brand professionally.
Interview Coordination & Hiring Support
Coordinate interviews across multiple time zones.
Prepare candidates before interviews.
Facilitate hiring feedback and interview debriefs.
Support hiring managers with structured candidate recommendations.
Offer Management & Onboarding Support
Prepare and present employment offers.
Support compensation discussions and offer negotiations.
Coordinate onboarding documentation and hiring logistics.
Ensure smooth transitions into onboarding.
Recruitment Operations & Reporting
Maintain accurate ATS records and recruiting documentation.
Track recruiting metrics including time-to-fill, pipeline health, source effectiveness, and candidate conversion rates.
Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: BA/BSc/HND degree.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Staffing, or Headhunting.
Experience managing full-cycle recruiting is essential.
Tools: Hands-on experience with ATS platforms such as Greenhouse, Lever, JazzHR, or iCIMS.
Sourcing: Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean Search, and various job boards.
Skills: Excellent interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
Language: Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability: Ability to manage multiple hiring pipelines simultaneously.
