Job Description
Stedmak Gardens & Recreation Centre is seeking a reliable, honest, and customer-focused Cashier to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and process customer payments (cash, M-Pesa, cards, etc.).
- Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system.
- Balance daily cash collections and prepare reconciliation reports.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Handle payments for the Amusement Park, Animal Park, Swimming Pool, Restaurant, and other hotel services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of one (1) year of cashiering experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Computer literacy and experience using POS systems are an added advantage.
- Strong numerical, communication, and customer service skills.
- High level of honesty, integrity, and attention to detail.
