Bliss Healthcare is a leading provider of medical services in East Africa, offering accessible, affordable, and quality healthcare through a chain of over 80 modern outpatient medical centers. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function. The role is responsible for driving brand growth, increasing market share, and enhancing customer engagement while aligning marketing strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Brand Strategy: Develop and execute brand positioning strategies to strengthen brand image and ensure consistent market perception.
- Team Management: Lead, manage, mentor, and develop the marketing and communications team.
- Brand Visibility: Strengthen brand positioning and visibility across all channels.
- Customer Initiatives: Drive customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction initiatives.
- Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and customer insights to guide strategy.
- Campaign Oversight: Oversee marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and public relations.
- Financial Management: Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal ROI.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and track performance metrics (KPIs).
- Collaboration: Foster cross-functional collaboration to support business objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) is an added advantage.
- 10 years’ marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record in strategic marketing and brand management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience in digital and data-driven marketing.
