Key Responsibilities

• Guest Service: Greet, check-in, respond to guest requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional, high-quality service.
• Personalization: Take initiative to add a personalized experience for each guest, making them feel valued and at home.
• Promotion & Up-selling: Proudly promote hotel facilities and identify opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through effective up-selling.
• Front Office Operations: Manage the GSA - Front Office desk duties efficiently using the Opera system.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management or Front Office operations.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a similar hospitality role.
• Technical Skills: Prior experience working with the Opera system or a related property management system.
• Communication: Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of additional languages is a significant plus.
• Soft Skills: A service-focused personality with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
