Job Description

Core Duties and Responsibilities
Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly, attentive service.
Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Recommend menu items and promote daily specials where appropriate.
Maintain clean, organized, and well-presented dining areas.
Work closely with the kitchen and colleagues to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Handle guest requests and resolve concerns professionally and promptly.
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times.
Prepare bills and process payments accurately.
Perform any other duties assigned.
Job Specifications and Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field is an added advantage.
At least 2 years experience in a similar role within a busy, high-end restaurant or hotel.
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
Proficiency in hotel or restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems or hotel management software.
