About the Role
Makuyu Club, a 9-hole golf course located in Makuyu, Murang’a County, Kenya, is seeking a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager. The ideal candidate will oversee all culinary and beverage operations, supervise staff, manage financial budgets, and ensure stellar customer satisfaction across our restaurants, bars, and banqueting areas.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day F&B activities, including restaurant, bar, and banquet operations.
Staff Supervision: Manage, train, and guide F&B staff to maintain high-quality service standards.
Financial & Budgeting: Direct financial aspects of the department, manage budgets, and oversee cost controls.
Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to develop and implement diverse, high-quality menus.
Event Coordination: Organize and manage events, tournaments, and all clubhouse bookings.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Diploma in Hospitality Management.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years' experience in Food & Beverage management.
Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, and financial management capabilities.
