We are seeking a Field Service Engineer for Blowers to test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants, ensuring safety and technical standards are met.
Your Mission
- Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants based on technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
- Properly handle, check, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
- Prepare Job Progress Charts and technical reports in reference to carried-out activities.
- Ensure ultimate internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Perform activities in line with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Sidel coordination plan rules, and customer rules.
- Report after-sales opportunities detected on customer sites.
- Perform technical activities, troubleshooting, and deliver reporting documentation.
- Report to the Installation Site Manager regarding team site activities.
Your Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent.
- Fluent level of English is a must; French is an advantage.
- Specialization in automation-mechanic or aseptic is highly preferred.
- Experience in the beverage industry is required.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in field activities.
- Technical subject matter expertise on Mechanical, Automation (B&R, Siemens, Elau & Allen Bradley), Electrical, or Aseptic systems.
- Availability to travel up to 90% of the time, including international locations.
Physical Requirements
- Medium work that includes moving objects up to 50 pounds.
- Constantly ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, and poles.
- Constantly remaining in a stationary position, often standing for prolonged periods.
- Constantly operating machinery and/or power tools.
- Constantly operating in small and/or enclosed spaces.
