We are looking for a professional and skilled Field Sales Representative to join our Sales Team on an immediate basis. You will be responsible for developing robust sales strategies to attract potential customers and retain existing ones. As a successful sales representative, you will source new sales opportunities and close deals to achieve your sales targets. You will play a vital role in increasing revenues by managing and negotiating with clients, qualifying prospects, generating leads, and managing the sales of products/services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Execution: Use various customer sales techniques to 'Get the Sale'.
Strategy and Forecasting: Forecast sales, generate 'out of the box' sales methodologies, and evaluate their effectiveness.
Client Acquisition: Attract new clients by devising new strategies and sales processes.
Relationship Building: Evaluate client needs and skills to build productive, long-lasting relationships.
Target Management: Meet individual and team sales targets.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other sales representatives to discuss best sales techniques.
Account Research: Research specific accounts and follow or generate sales leads.
Professional Development: Attend sales events, meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments.
Reporting: Provide feedback to senior management using statistics and generate daily and monthly sales reports.
Database Maintenance: Expand and maintain the client database within your designated territory.
Requirements
BS/BA degree in Sales and Marketing or a relevant field. Candidates with a high school diploma and relevant experience will also be considered.
Proven sales experience as a Field Sales Representative, Sales Representative, or a similar role.
Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
Track record of achieving allotted sales quotas.
Hands-on experience with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Knowledge of various sales methodologies and pipeline management.
