Role Purpose
To proactively promote a relationship-based offering by being a dedicated and primary point of contact for customers in the Executive Banking segment, through the provision of banking solutions which meet their needs and in accordance with the specified client value propositions.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong, relationship-based offerings for customers within the Executive Banking segment.
Act as the dedicated and primary point of contact for high-value clients.
Drive profitability and build long-term relationships through proactive engagement.
Promote the bank's digital platforms and modern banking solutions.
Ensure compliance with banking processes and procedures during application and submission verification.
Manage client acceptance and review processes effectively.
Maintain strong stakeholder management to deliver superior client value.
Requirements and Qualifications
Education: A First Degree (BA/BSc/HND) from a recognized institution.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales and relationship management of customers.
Sales Record: Proven sales track record within the financial services industry.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of the bank's products, services, and digital platforms.
