Job Description
Makuyu Club is a 9-hole golf course located in Makuyu, Murang’a County, Kenya. Established in 1933, it offers a challenging terrain with rolling fairways and strategic bunkers, making it an ideal escape for golf enthusiasts. The club hosts various events and tournaments, providing opportunities for players to enjoy the course and socialize with fellow golf enthusiasts.
The club is seeking to recruit dynamic and qualified individuals to fill the positions of Cooks (2 Posts). The successful candidates will work closely with the kitchen team to deliver high-quality food services to club members and guests.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in food preparation and cooking under the supervision of the Head Chef.
Maintain hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
Support menu execution and daily operations.
Support preparation for tournaments and daily play.
Requirements and Qualifications
Certificate in Food Production.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in a busy kitchen.
Must be a strong team player with attention to detail.
