Job Description
Our client is seeking to recruit enthusiastic, customer-focused, and reliable Casual Waiters/Waitresses (On-Call) to join an on-call staff pool supporting events, functions, and various venues as needed. Successful candidates will be contacted when shifts become available and may accept assignments based on their availability.
Key Responsibilities
Take customer orders and serve food and beverages professionally.
Set up and clear tables before, during, and after service.
Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional customer service.
Handle basic cash and POS transactions where required.
Communicate effectively with kitchen and event staff to ensure smooth service.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous waitering or hospitality experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Presentable, punctual, and customer-focused.
Able to remain composed and work efficiently during busy service periods.
