Job Description
Our client is seeking to recruit friendly, professional, and customer-oriented Casual Hosts/Hostesses (On-Call) to join an on-call staff pool supporting events, functions, and various venues as needed.
Successful candidates will be contacted when shifts become available and may accept assignments based on their availability while creating a warm and professional first impression for guests.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and courtesy.
Manage reservations and waitlists where applicable.
Direct guests and coordinate with waitstaff and management to ensure smooth floor operations.
Respond to guest inquiries and resolve minor concerns professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be 18 years or older.
Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Previous hosting or front-of-house experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Well-presented, friendly, and confident communicator.
Able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Possession of a BA/BSc/HND qualification is preferred.
