Job Description
Our client is looking to recruit a results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth, secure event bookings, and foster corporate partnerships within the hospitality, events, and food and beverage (F&B) sectors. The role involves identifying new market opportunities, building strong relationships with corporate clients, and achieving set sales targets.
Responsibilities
Drive sales and revenue growth within the hospitality, events, and F&B sectors.
Proactively identify and secure event bookings and corporate partnerships.
Network effectively to build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients.
Negotiate contracts and communicate value propositions clearly to prospective partners.
Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets through strategic planning and execution.
Maintain excellent relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
A Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–3 years of proven experience in business development or sales roles.
Previous experience within the Hospitality, Events, or F&B industries is highly advantageous.
Exceptional networking and client relationship management skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasive communication abilities.
A target-driven mindset with a sharp focus on achieving sales results.
