Role Summary

This role involves providing exceptional beverage service, maintaining a well-stocked and clean bar area, and ensuring all guests have a positive and enjoyable experience.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

As a Barman, your duties will typically include:

• Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, consistently following established recipes and quality standards.
• Interact positively with customers, taking drink orders and offering recommendations.
• Handle cash and credit transactions efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar, including restocking inventory, washing glassware, and ensuring all equipment is functioning correctly.
• Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers, and report stock shortages to management.
• Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, particularly those relating to food and beverage service.

Required Qualifications and Attributes

• Minimum required qualification is a BA/BSc/HND (Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or Higher National Diploma).
• Must possess a strong passion for food, high-quality service, and cultivating a great customer environment.
