CIC Insurance Group Limited is seeking to recruit Bancassurance Sales Officers for Siakago. The role involves driving the growth of the retail Life Business within the allocated market and ensuring high-quality service delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities
Business Generation: Generating new retail Life Business from the allocated market.
Client Education: Educating new and existing clients on retail Life products to ensure they make informed decisions.
Service Coordination: Liaising with various departments to ensure timely service delivery to clients.
Quotations: Providing timely and accurate quotations within specified turnaround times.
Market Intelligence: Gathering market intelligence to ensure the product range remains updated and competitive.
Retention: Following up to ensure persistency (policy renewals) is at an acceptable rate.
Branding: Actively promoting the CIC brand in the market.
Requirements
Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course. A Bachelor’s degree is highly desirable.
Professional Qualifications: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP/ECOP.
Certifications: A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Interpersonal: Good negotiation and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent customer care skills.
Age: Candidates must be aged 25 years and above.
