Bancassurance Sales Officers – Retail Sales - Mpeketoni

Key Responsibilities

• Business Generation: Actively generate new retail Life Business from the allocated market to meet established targets.
• Client Education: Educate both new and existing clients on various retail Life products and their benefits.
• Service Delivery: Liaise with various internal departments to ensure clients receive timely and efficient service.
• Quotations: Provide prospective clients with accurate and timely quotations within set turnaround times.
• Market Analysis: Gather market intelligence to assist the company in maintaining an updated and competitive product range.
• Policy Persistency: Follow up on existing policies to ensure persistency remains at an acceptable rate.
• Brand Advocacy: Promote the CIC brand and its values within the target market.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a Diploma in a business-related course; a Bachelor’s degree is desirable.
• Professional Training: Relevant professional qualifications in Insurance such as COP or ECOP are required. A Diploma in Insurance (AIIK/CII) or LOMA is an added advantage.
• Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer Service: Strong customer care abilities to build and maintain client trust.
• Age Requirement: Applicants must be 25 years of age or older.
